SEA CAVES & WILD COAST EXPLORING

Three hours along the wild coast of the Muzil peninsula. We paddle under Pula’s highest cliffs, slip into rocky passages you can only reach from the sea, snorkel to the entrance of an underwater cave and stop at a hidden cove for a swim and, for those who dare, a cliff jump.

Before we set off, your guide gives a short safety briefing and shows you how to paddle – no experience needed.

ON THE WATER

We start from Valovine Beach and paddle along the coast of the Muzil peninsula, past Pula’s highest cliffs. The coastline opens into a canyon, and we explore narrow rocky passages that can only be reached by kayak. Along the way, your guide shares stories about Pula’s history and the life of the sea, above and below the surface.

When the sea and tide allow, we also paddle into a hidden tidal cave, open only at certain times – that’s why no two tours are quite the same.

The cliffs are home to seagulls and wild pigeons nesting in the cracks, and cormorants often rest on the rocks, drying their wings in the sun. Bottlenose dolphins live in these waters too, and with a little luck they come close to say hello.

SNORKEL & CLIFF JUMP

Then we stop at a secluded rocky cove, reachable only by sea. Swim, snorkel or simply relax in the sun. We give you a mask and snorkel and swim together to the entrance of an underwater sea cave, through crystal-clear water full of fish, sea urchins, starfish and sea cucumbers.

Feeling brave? Try cliff jumping – optional, and unforgettable.

SAFE & EASY

Our sit-on-top double kayaks are made for the open sea: stable, comfortable and easy for beginners. Life vests are always worn, groups are small, up to 18 kayakers, and our certified guides carry all the safety equipment. Kids from 5 years paddle in a tandem kayak with an adult. It’s an active tour, easy to moderate, so a basic level of fitness helps.
