VALOVINE BEACH IN STOJA, PULA
Valovine Beach is a pebble beach in Stoja, about 4 km from the centre of Pula. It is easy to reach by car, city bus, bike or scooter, and it is also the meeting point for all our kayak tours.
Here is how to get there and what you will find.
BY CAR
From the city centre it is a short 4 km drive to Stoja. There is free parking right next to the beach.
BY CITY BUS
City bus number 1 runs from the city centre to Stoja. Get off at the last stop, at the roundabout right next to the beach.
BY BIKE OR SCOOTER
You can also come by bike or scooter – there is space to park them near the beach.
THE BEACH
The beach is covered in small pebbles, but what makes Valovine special is the bay itself: it has a sandy bottom and shallow water, so it is great for children, older guests and anyone who is not a confident swimmer. In the bay there is a wake park – a cable ski lift with a café above the sea.
Near the beach you will find fast food places, an ice cream and pastry shop, and clean toilets.
THE STOJA PENINSULA
Right next to Valovine is the Stoja peninsula with Camp Stoja. Its coast is rocky and full of small coves, with beautiful places to swim and exceptionally clean sea.
